B4030 Middleton Stoney Road (Bicester) Proposed 40mph Speed Limit

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to extend the 40mph speed limit (in place of the current national speed limit) by 770 metres, westwards on the B4030 Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester.

The proposals are being put forward for road safety reasons as a result of the new residential development adjacent to the B4030.

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email or in writing (quoting ref: JaC/12.6.129) to the address below by 9 July 2021. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting at the end of July 2021. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.

Please read the information provided on this consultation. Your views and opinions matter. Please take the time to respond.
