Budget Consultation 2018/19

Oxfordshire County Council is planning to set a new budget having made difficult choices in previous years to manage a combination of squeezed budgets and the fact that more people need council services.

The county council provides a huge range of essential services for people and communities across Oxfordshire including children’s services, some education services, fire and rescue, libraries and museums, roads and transport planning, adult social care, trading standards, and waste disposal.

Our vision is 'thriving communities for everyone in Oxfordshire' . We listen to residents so we can continuously improve our services and provide value for money.

Have your say

We are asking people for their views on our budget proposals in the context of our newly agreed vision and priorities. The feedback provided will be shared with all councillors and will help us to set a balanced budget and agree Council Tax levels when the County Council meets on 13 February 2018.

Please read the information provided both our consultation document and should you wish, the full budget proposals, and have your say.
