A361 Bloxham Road (Banbury) Proposed 30mph Speed Limit

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to extend the 30mph speed limit on the A361 Bloxham Road - leading south-westwards out of Banbury - this will replace part of the current 50mph sepeed limit and is in response to the development of adjacent land:

  • A361 Bloxham Road - extend the current 30mph speed limit south-westwards by 120 metres - reducing the existing 50mph speed limit by the same amount.

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email or in writing (quoting ref: CM/12.6.120) to the address below or by completing the online questionnaire by 15 December 2017. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting early in 2018. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.
