A4095 Station Road & Lince Lane (Enslow, Bletchingdon) Proposed 40mph Speed Limit

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce a 40mph speed limit in place of the current 50mph limit in response to the development of land adjacent to the  A4095 at Enslow. The following changes are proposed:

  • Station Road - from its junction with the A4095 Lince Lane, north-westwards for 460 metres, and
  • Lince Lane - from its junction with the B4027 Station Road, northeastwards for 366 metres.

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in writing or email (quoting ref: CM.12.6.134) to the address below or by completing the online questionnaire by 27 October 2017. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting later in 2017 or early 2018. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.
