Sorry! This consultation is not open so you cannot respond.

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce additional sections of ‘No waiting at Any Time’ parking restrictions (double yellow lines) along Noral Way in Banbury. The proposals have been put forward as a direct result of the carriageway being subjected to increased levels HGV movements in recent years, with the current areas of permitted parking along the road creating obstruction to the safe and effective movement of traffic. Specifically, the changes comprise of the following amendments:

  • Noral Way - remove areas of permitted parking by extending the ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ (double yellow lines) throughout its the length.

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email, or in writing (quoting ref: CM.12.6.120) to the address below by 13 December 2019. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting early in 2020. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.
