B4017 Cumnor Road & Delamare Way (Cumnor & Farmoor) Proposed Parking Restrictions

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce double yellow lines – ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ for road safety reasons on the following roads within Cumnor & Farmoor, the proposed restrictions will cover and protect these areas from obstruction and unregulated and dangerous parking behaviour:

  • B4017 Cumnor Road (Farmoor) - both sides, from its junction with the B4044 Oxford Road, southwards for 110 metres,
  • B4044 Oxford Road (Farmoor) - both sides, from a point 45 metres east of the B4017 Cumnor Road, westwards for 82 metres,
  • Delamere Way (Cumnor) - both sides from its junction with Cumnor Hill for 115 metres..

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email, or in writing (quoting ref: CM.12.6.184) to the address below by 19 April 2019. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting later in 2019. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.
