Henry Blake Way (Faringdon) Proposed Parking Restrictions

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce parking restrictions along Henry Blake Way in Faringdon in response to the development of the adjacent retail facility, and to help facilitate the safe & unrestricted movement of traffic in the immediate vicinity. Specifically, the changes comprise of the following proposals:

  • Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ parking restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) along both sides of Henry Blake Way for 125 metres from its junction with the A417 Park Road.

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email or in writing (quoting ref: CM.12.6.207) to the address below by 13 November 2020. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting later in 2020 or early in 2021. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.
