Oxfordshire self-harm and suicide prevention survey
Suicide and self-harm are sensitive topics, but it is important that we talk about them. In England 13 people per day end their lives; the sad reality is that the majority of us know someone who has died by suicide or attempted suicide or have been directly affected by suicide or self-harm.
We want to find out what you think about suicide and self-harm prevention in Oxfordshire to help us support and shape efforts of local partnerships and organisations. The multiple-choice survey should take 15 minutes to complete, and there is option to leave your own comments. Your feedback will be anonymous and incorporated into a suicide and self-harm prevention strategy and plan for the next four years.
