A415 Ock Street (Abingdon) - Proposed Parking Restrictions

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to extend the existing parking restrictions within the extended northern layby, west of Mayott's Road, on Ock Street in Abingdon. These proposals are being put forward in response to the revelopment of adjacent land for a new residential care home.

Ock Street - extend the existing 2 hour limited waiting 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday by 30 metres (approximately) and introduce a 15 metre long loading bay on the eastern end of the extended layby.

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email or in writing (quoting ref: JaC.12.6.100) to the address below by 18 October 2019. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council's Cabinet meeting in November 2019. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council's website a week before the meeting.
