Education Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment process in Oxfordshire
Ends: 31 May 2019
The Local Authority recently carried out a statutory assessment of your child’s Special Educational Needs ( SEN). We would like to know your views on this process by inviting you to complete this short questionnaire. We want to monitor and review the way we do things so that we can continue to improve the process for parents and children in the future.
Your views and experiences count.
Additionally, if you would like to take part in a focus group to share your experiences with other families and representatives from the the Local Authority please will you contact your SEN officer or email:SEN@Oxfordshire.gov.uk with your name and email or telephone number . We can then invite you to attend a meeting. You will get the chance to tell the Local Authority what going through the process of getting an EHC Plan was like for you and your family. You might also get to share your views with Ofsted Inspectors when a local area SEND inspection happens.
Thanks, we really want to know what you think.
Please read the information provided on this consultation. Your views and opinions matter. Please take the time to respond.
