Sunderland Avenue (Oxford) Proposed Parking Amendments

Oxfordshire County Council proposes to alter the parking provisions on Blenheim Drive due to residential development. These proposals are being put forward in response to the planning permissions that have been granted and will impact parking provision on the road immediately outside of the property in order to facilitate access into and out of the site. Specifically, it is proposed:

  • To enable the creation of a new access to property at 31 Sunderland Avenue, a short section of `Permit holders parking places` will be replaced by ‘No Waiting at Any’ Time (double yellow lines).

Objections to the proposals and other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, may be sent in by completing the online questionnaire, via email, or in writing (quoting ref: CM/12.6.320) to the address below by 02 August 2019. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response and they may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.

Any unresolved objections will be reported to the Council’s Cabinet meeting later in 2019. The papers for the meeting will be available on the County Council’s website about a week before the meeting.
