Name 32 Applications to Amend The Legal Record of Public Rights of Way in Oxfordshire
Description To give interested parties the opportunity to make comments on the proposed modification of 32 applications in Oxfordshire. These applications differ to other applications to record public rights of way because they are affected by the NERC Act (Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006). NERC extinguished (subject to exceptions) unrecorded rights of way for mechanically propelled vehicles. We are therefore, in the first instance, asking for any information or evidence (whether in support or against) to show that an exemption in the NERC Act applies to any of the application routes. If you would like further details please contact the Case Officer, Mrs Alex Humphreys, on 01865 328948 or email alex.humphreys@oxfordshire.gov.uk . Any objections/representation must be made in writing to the Definitive Map & Commons Team at the address provided before the end of the consultation period. Progress on cases can be viewed at www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/modificationsanddiversions
Dates From 6 Feb 2018 at 00:00 to 20 Mar 2018 at 23:59.
