Alcohol and Drug services in Oxfordshire

Oxfordshire County Council would like to hear what you think about alcohol and drug services

Whether you use alcohol and drug services in Oxfordshire or know someone who does, have never used them but need support, or work with people who use alcohol and/or drugs problematically, we are keen to hear your views about these services.

It’s important to know if services are working well for the people who use them and if anything could be improved. What you tell us will help us to understand if changes need to be made to help people who need support.

This questionnaire will take around 10 minutes to complete.

Please complete by Friday 30th November 2018.

All responses are anonymous and information will not be used for any other purpose

We are not asking about your drug and alcohol use
