Highway Incidents affecting Cyclists - September 2015 to August 2017, inc

The County Council mainly receives details of cycle incidents that have been officially recorded and passed on to us by the Police. The purpose of this consultation is to try and get a better understanding of how surface condition may adversely affect cyclists and to identify locations that you feel are a cause for concern. We wish to consider data based on the last 2 years (September 2015 to August 2017) and it is important that we can get a reasonably accurate location of the incidents.

We value your privacy. The information will be used for the sole purpose of assisting the Council to address cyclists concerns, and in directing our resources to best effect. Individuals’ information will not be passed on to third parties; neither will the names of participants be displayed, circulated or included in any reports or publications.

Please respond by answering the questionnaire below.

This should take approx. 1 minute per incident. Once logged in, the process should be repeated to provide detail of each separate incident that you wish to record that occurred during the 2 year period. You will need to complete each section in turn.

The closing date for submitting information is 05 November, 2017.

Your contribution is appreciated.  Thank you.

Please note this is not a way to report current defects and these should be reported through Fix My Street here - https://fixmystreet.oxfordshire.gov.uk/
