Local Transport and Connectivity Plan
The Local Transport and Connectivity Plan (LTCP) is our long term countywide transport strategy. The plan also takes into account our strategy for digital infrastructure and for connecting the whole county.
Feedback from engagement we ran last year (4 March 2020 to 17 May 2020) and data has been used to write this draft vision and key themes. A summary of the engagement activity and the data analysed are also available. All documents are available on this page below.
The vision sets the direction for transport in Oxfordshire and outlines a clear long-term ambition for transport to 2050. The policies and transport schemes included in the LTCP document will all be aligned with the Vision.
We are now consulting on the draft vision and supporting key themes so that residents and stakeholders can feedback on the direction the LTCP is heading in. We would welcome your feedback on the LTCP vision via the online questionnaire below.
Local Transport Plans are statutory documents, required under the Transport Act 2008. Our previous Local Transport Plan[1] was published in 2016 and is now being updated to reflect new priorities, account for new funding opportunities and incorporate new ideas and related strategies.
