  • A41 Oxford Road & Wendlebury Road (Chesterton nr Bicester) Proposed 40mph Speed Limit & Toucan Crossing

    Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce a 40mph speed limit on the Wendlebury Road & its link road to the A41 Oxford Road, as well as to construct a Toucan Crossing and Bus Stop Clearway on the A41 Oxford Road. This is following the development of land adjacent.

  • A420 Botley Road & B4495 Windmill Road (Oxford) Proposed 20mph Speed Limits

    Oxfordshire County Council proposes to - following earlier consultations - introduce a 20mph speed limit on the A420 Botley Road (as part of the Botley Road improvement scheme) and also on the B4495 Windmill Road.

  • Various Roads (Burford) Proposed 20mph Speed Limit & Puffin Crossing

    Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the town centre roads (north of the A40) in Burford. This is following concerns over road safety raised by the Town Council, it is also proposed to construct a Puffin Crossing in place of the existing footbridge over the A40 Oxford Road.
