Grove Road Area (Harwell) Proposed Speed Limits & Traffic Calming
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to Introduce a 20mph speed limit on part of Grove Road (also on Barrow Lane, Barrow Road, Manor Green, Talbot Close and The Croft), It will also include all the new roads under construction. Additionally it is proposed to reduce the unrestricted (60) speed limit to 40mph on the remainder of Grove Road to its junction with the A4130, as well as introducing two traffic calming build-out features.

Denchworth Road & Newlands Drive (Grove) Proposed Speed Limit, Prohibition of Driving & Traffic Calming
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to extend the 30mph speed limit southwards (in place of the existing 60mph limit) on Denchworth Road, to install traffic calming features on Newlands Drive, and prohibit the use by motor vehicles of parts of Denchworth Road and Cane Lane. These changes are proposed as a result of the development of land adjacent to Denchworth Road at Grove.
