Various Roads (South Oxfordshire) Proposed Parking Restrictions Respond Online
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce no waiting at any time (DYLs) parking restrictions on various roads in: Chinnor, Didcot & Henley-on-Thames. This is as a result of development of land, concerns over traffic movement due to current on street waiting, the need to remove obstructions to vehicles as well as for safety reasons.

Burford Road (Witney) Proposed Toucan Crossing & Shared-Use Footway Respond Online
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to install a Toucan Crossing across Burford Road, and also create sections of Shared-use cycle track on both sides. These proposals are being put forward to help improve both pedestrian and pedal cyclist safety in the area.

Better Broadband for Oxfordshire – Superfast Broadband for Businesses in Rural Oxfordshire
The Better Broadband for Oxfordshire programme is striving to extend the availability of NGA broadband infrastructure beyond the Government’s target for 95% superfast broadband of the UK. Oxfordshire County Council now intends to conduct an open procurement in respect of business premises in the remaining rural area without NGA broadband infrastructure (known as “white NGA”), which comprises around 1,400 premises. Following any responses received to this State Aid public consultation by the closing date of 12 March 2018, Better Broadband for Oxfordshire plans to publish the final Intervention Area maps shortly after the close of the consultation period. This will be followed by the launch of the ITT to Suppliers to bid for the opportunity to fulfil a new contract to deliver the extended coverage. Various Streets, Barton Area (Oxford) Proposed Parking Restrictions Respond Online
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to introduce new or additional lengths of parking restrictions (double-yellow lines) in the Barton area of Oxford. This is to allow enforcement action against parked vehicles for road safety reasons.

Westgate Development (Oxford) Proposed TRO Admin Amendments Respond Online
Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make final updates to the Traffic Regulation Orders covering the Westgate development. These minor administrative changes to the orders reflect and clarify the final post-build descriptions affecting road names, marked areas, and direction prohibitions and signage on the surrounding roads.

32 Applications to Amend The Legal Record of Public Rights of Way in Oxfordshire
To give interested parties the opportunity to make comments on the proposed modification of 32 applications in Oxfordshire. These applications differ to other applications to record public rights of way because they are affected by the NERC Act (Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006). NERC extinguished (subject to exceptions) unrecorded rights of way for mechanically propelled vehicles. We are therefore, in the first instance, asking for any information or evidence (whether in support or against) to show that an exemption in the NERC Act applies to any of the application routes. AMENDED Queen Street Area (Oxford) Experimental Traffic Regulation Order Respond Online
Oxfordshire County Council has amended the previous experimental Order which will operate for a maximum period of 18 months. The amended order reverts to allowing Taxis to use Queen Street, with the rank reinstated near Carfax. Linked to this will be the continued prohibition of Taxis and Private Licensed cars using Queens Street as a through route
